We offer a 30 DAYS returns policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be brand new, unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.

 - If the product has adhesive strips on it , the red tape must not have been removed from the adhesive.

- Parts to be painted. If you purchase a primed part ready to be painted please check the fitment is correct before painting it. We cannot accept painted parts back.

- It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or refund refused:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at SALES@UNDERGROUNDPARTS.CO.UK.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately some sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. In this case we will provide a pre paid label or arrange to collect the item. If you have purchased the incorrect item, you must pay for the returns postage. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at SALES@UNDERGROUNDPARTS.CO.UK. Put a note with your name so we know who its from, get proof of postage and a tracking number and send your item to:

Normally , you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you change your mind and do not need and order or you ordered the wrong item. On some occasions we will cover the cost of return shipping:

  •  If an item is received damaged or faulty and not fit for purpose. 
  • If an item is deemed not as described. 

If we agree to cover returns postage, we use our pre paid label or for some larger items we arrange collection. Please do not pay for returns and ask us to send the money. You must contact us to confirm our returns procedures before sending the item. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure it arrives as we cannot refund items which do not arrive back. Please request proof of postage.
